Breakfast only one coffee machine for the breakfast room the other one was broken had to take the free elevator up and down to red floors along with the work personnel because the elevators did not work. AC was at 24°C and was controlled by downstairs at the front desk moving the temperature in the room made no difference. They finally had to come up and clean the filter to get the room to cool off. The personnel of the hotel was very gracious and personable, but seem confused in everything they did the hotel appears to be very new and up-to-date but unorganized and not cared for we felt we were in a hotel that nobody really cared about.
