4th stay at Kenzi: the quality of the meals is no longer the same, the pool bar staff is unpleasant and unprofessional. Special mention to the very friendly reception staff. The poolside equipment, sunbeds, and parasols are starting to show their age... pool bar tables and chairs are dirty.

The food was really not great at all, a shame for an 'all-inclusive' establishment. It's a pity that the pools close early (6 pm), an extra hour would not be refused...

The food is better than it used to be but still not amazing. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be reviewed. The water from the shower wasn't draining properly and the soap holders were rusty because of the water... this was most unpleasant. But this did not stop us from having a great stay at the property :)
