Everything went great, comfortable transfer, settled in, super comfortable beds and pillows, everything we needed was in the room. Upon request, the robot brought us water, the kids were thrilled :)

We asked for a room with separate beds, but we were provided with one large bed. Overall, it's not a big issue.
Located close to metro stop for easy access to the city. Free airport shuttle. Comfortable bed.

Lobby was smelling of smoke as front doors remained open. Rooms were musty. Requested room change which was accommodated - new room was marginally better but needed to be sprayed with air freshener.
