The property is excellent, super comfortable, elegant. It is in a fair location, close to everything, obelisk, pedestrian streets, historic sites, just a few blocks away. It is also close to bus stops and subways. It is functional because if several people go, they do not have to be in separate rooms, being able to share pleasant conversations and a delicious and abundant breakfast in the same room without having to change to go down to a dining room. The people who work there are very friendly, they even provided us with an iron to go out neatly for dinner. It is the second time I have stayed at the HTL hotel on Alsina Street and it is really highly recommended, I would return a thousand times

I have no negative points to highlight

A lot of noise, the heating was not easy to calibrate and the bed was not so comfortable

One of the beds was not assembled, the sheets were missing and we did not find any kind of blanket or bedspread in the room. Since we realized very late at night, we could not notify until the next morning
