First, we were placed in a room with a shared bed, although the reservation was for separate beds, and the air conditioner was not working (it was +35 degrees outside, critical). Judging by other guests, problems with the air conditioning and bed were not only ours. Everyone was relocated, and in our next room (apparently upgraded from economy to standard), everything was already good. But it took a long time and so on. Upon check-in, a deposit was taken for the minibar, which was not even in the first room. It turns out that the windows of the economy rooms face the hotel corridor, although I did not find this information on hotels. I brought a small bottle (like a hotel one) with my transferred professional shampoo from home, after cleaning I could not find it, they must have thrown it away, although this hotel provides all consumables in packets, not in bottles. A trifle, but unpleasant. Otherwise, the room itself (standard) was good, comfortable, the air conditioner was already working, the window was facing the street, TV, kettle in the room, free 0.5 water per person every day, iron and ironing board in the room, a warm towel rack in the bathroom. But the water in the shower spontaneously changed temperature. In general, we were satisfied with the room itself, but the initial check-in, which did not meet the request, was not very good. We took the breakfast option - the breakfasts were excellent, a buffet with a wide selection, and very tasty.

The hotel is beautiful and cozy. The bed linen and towels are snow-white. Water in the room (this is very cool). Excellent 5+ breakfast. The location is convenient. We came for an exhibition that took place at Expocentre. I recommend the hotel.
