The staff were amazing. Chloe and Nick went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They allowed us to change rooms with no hassle when our first room didn't suit our needs. The hotel is located very centrally, near to Ben Tanh Market, the cathedral, book street, and East West brewing company if you like a craft beer.

The rooms were very worn down compared to the pictures. The hotel could benefit from a decent maintenance team.

The breakfast was the worst we had during our Vietnam holiday.

The hotel worked very well as a base for exploring Saigon. The biggest advantage is the location - practically in the heart of the city, close to the most important places and attractions. The hotel itself is rather basic and does not offer many additional amenities, but it is clean, the prices are reasonable, and the staff deserves a big plus. Everyone was very helpful, polite, and smiling. Taking into account the price and location, I rate the stay positively. I would recommend this hotel to people looking for an inexpensive and well-located place primarily as a base for exploring the city.

The only downside for me was the relatively limited choice during breakfast. However, I will note that I am used to European-style breakfasts, so this is a comment primarily directed at Polish and European guests - for those accustomed to local breakfasts, this may not be a problem at all.
