We were in a room on the third floor. Which was tiny and poorly laid out. The lift up worked but not going down. The rooftop bar was closed and the pool was tiny. Very expensive for the facilities on offer. Staff were pleasant but not particularly helpful.

The kindness of the staff, very professional, I lost my headphones in the elevator shaft, the hotel staff took the necessary steps to have the maintenance company intervene during my stay, and made sure I got my headphones back in time, big thanks to all. Hamza.

Love the location, the staff so friendly, accommodating and welcoming, facilities are great. And I love that it is away from the tourist area. You can even ask for an iron from the front desk.
