The location close to the center and at the same time very quiet, the lovely view of the city. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff. Special mention for the breakfast, which is absolutely royal!!! And don't forget to take a break for a massage; Ruth, the therapist, is a true magician!

I was looking forward to enjoying the jacuzzi after 4 days of trekking but it was not working. One of the showers (only one out of the 3 different rooms we had) was not hot enough for my taste.

The view is nice, but it is not a boutique hotel, it is more like a hostel with private bathrooms.

They don’t offer water in the room, the TV is too high above the bed, the location is terrible from town, cars have trouble getting to the hotel, the quality of soap and shampoo is terrible, the view from the window is not good.
