Pillows are hurting my neck, not enough parking, the breakfast doesn't taste good.
The breakfast was very decent, had a lot of options. The breakfast kept me full and it was not so expensive on outside food.

I paid 75 dollars to have my dog in the hotel with me. The staff in the front kept calling about my dog. Don’t add a 75 dollar fee if you're going to keep calling me if my dog is making noise. When we got to the hotel, the toilet water was yellow/green color, very nasty. The hotel also had a damp smell the whole time we stayed there. I also pre-booked the hotel for a specific room just for them to give me a handicap room. When someone who is handicapped could use it.

Since I arrived, the receptionist was super friendly, made me feel very safe and comfortable, I loved that, and the room was super clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect but at the last moment there was a detail I didn't like, my check-out time was at 11 am and it was 10 am and we were still asleep when we felt the cleaning staff inside the room because they didn't even knock on the door, and that wasn't right because one should have privacy, especially if you are with your partner...
