Shower system is bad, had cold water all over me, the staff promised they would offer something like dinner or compensation for the issue, but nothing, just a sorry was said. Not expected from Hilton and a 5-star hotel after paying so much.

The shower head didn't work in the bath. There was no soap in the bath. The only soap available was the shower gel glued to the wall inside the shower. So if you needed a bath, you had to find a container to carry some shower gel with you into the bath.
