Room equipment, completely wrong value for money

The staff was not kind, especially 2 of the receptionists, only the third one gave us the proper treatment, for that reason, I will never come back even for the nice accommodations & the buffet. A very bad attitude when all we wanted was rest. In the morning, the fourth receptionist (a guy) gave me my phone that I forgot on the table, thanks for that!
