Room was small for two people. Dishes were included for our use, but there was no sink in the kitchen area to wash them up. The only sink was the ceramic bathroom sink. Since they provided dish soap, a cloth, and tea towel, it was assumed that it was expected that the dishes be washed. It was just a strange set up. Then we received an email about their expectations for the condition of the room when we left otherwise we would be charged $90. In hospitality, I have no doubt there are times when guests trash a room. In those instances the guest should be charged for any excessive cleaning or damage. Some of the things we were asked to do or the condition of the linens when we left just seemed out of place. There was an outdoor hot tub for guests to use however, it was only body temperature. Not worth using. The cost of this small room was a bit pricey for the two nights we were there.

While the location and basic facilities were satisfactory, I was disappointed with the hygiene standards during my stay. One of the main concerns was that guests were expected to wash utensils in the bathroom sink. The sink was positioned right next to the toilet, which felt very unhygienic and uncomfortable when cleaning dishes and cooking utensils. Additionally, room cleaning was not provided regularly during the stay. For longer stays, I believe housekeeping should ideally be available daily, to ensure cleanliness and guest comfort.
