Very good hotel overall, but we were very disappointed to find ants in the room, especially in the bed. For us, this clearly represents a lack of hygiene and maintenance. Even more unfortunate that nothing could be done by the hotel to address this issue during our stay, not even a partial refund. Knowing that the presence of ants in the room and in the bed can also lead to the risk of them ending up in our suitcases and personal belongings, this is a particularly worrying situation.
