The room was clean. The Latin hotel staff strives to keep the rooms clean (they clean the bathroom and floors with bleach) and smelling nice. Complete kitchenette, fridge, oven, and utensils, also with a water filter, something I had never seen in another hotel. Great agreement for bike use.

We have not received our deposit back after a month of staying.
Central and convenient location, close to the metro. Quiet area, and our room next to one of the elevators was very well soundproofed. Spacious room, practical and functional bathroom with a large shower cabin (watch out, the floor may be a bit slippery). Not much waiting for the elevators (despite some comments). Helpful and caring staff. Very comfortable bedding, with room cleaned every two days (which was fine for us especially since they changed the towels each time). Large fridge in the room. Light breakfast but perfect for us.

Nothing in particular. Check-in and check-out can be long but it's the law of numbers, and nothing can be done about it. In our room, the coffee machine needs to be reviewed as it was not very reliable.
