I have stayed at this atmospheric hotel with a great location multiple times. The rooms are tiny, but everything is well thought out. Quite comfortable for a business trip.

As always, everything is wonderful. However, this time I got a room with a bed on the second level for the first time. It was unusual at first, then even interesting. So I will come again. The cat adds a special charm.

Overall, everything in the hotel is good from cleanliness to the staff, very polite and pleasant cat Begemot, and the atmosphere in general is Bulgakov-style. Special thanks to the organizers, I liked everything, it's a pity there are no air conditioners.

"Luxury" turned out to be a small room where they managed to fit a "sofa" with a dirty mattress. The "double" bed is positioned in a way that it's impossible to lie down without touching something or someone. The "luxury" is located on the top floor, no elevator, no air conditioner, had to ask for extra bedding for 3 people, no fridge, on the 2nd floor there is a very old and dirty microwave and something similar to another small oven. Very rude treatment, prices are $2,500 more expensive, i.e. prices are significantly different when you book a room... The receptionist stated that they have their own prices, unfortunately, I don't remember the receptionist's name - maybe Adele or something like that... very rude, even impolite treatment. Fortunately, we managed to find a real hotel with acceptable prices right next to it and we were happy to move from this horrible "hotel". Don't go there! horrible "hotel"

The hotel is near the metro, convenient transportation, cool to walk on Arbat Street. The hotel owner's cat is very cute. The common area provides a microwave, hot water, plates, bowls, spoons. The room is a bit small, but other than that, it's good. There is no elevator.

I intended to stay at this hotel for the second time because I was primarily satisfied with the hotel's location, and the price-quality ratio was decent. However, the reserved room was occupied, as it was said: "by the management's order". They did find me a room in another hotel, but not in the area I needed for work. I arrived in Moscow on an early train, worked all day, arrived at the hotel in the evening, and instead of the necessary rest, I had to take a taxi through traffic jams to another hotel for a long time. And for the remaining 3 days, getting to work was not as easy as planned, and some plans were disrupted. I received formal apologies, but my time and effort losses were not compensated.

I didn't like how we were greeted! I made an early booking because the train arrived early in the morning and a few hours before check-in, the administrator insisted that we pay for half a day at a higher price than I booked!!! The argument was long and unpleasant!!! But we insisted on the price at which I booked the room!!! Otherwise, everything is fine!!!
