My stay was short (2 days) but very pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. From check-in, Jessica at the reception helped me store my luggage because I arrived hours before the room delivery. Likewise, the night shift young man stored my luggage again because my flight was late. The hotel's location is recommended, right in the historic center, close to several shops where you can find everything: food, drinks, clothes, even bike rentals and tours (right across the street). I liked the room, I asked for an internal one and that's what they gave me; it's a bit small but it was just what I needed. The bed is quite comfortable, it had a fridge and a very good TV (including Netflix, which I really liked). The room cleaning, the bathroom (includes toiletries), and the hotel in general is excellent. Breakfast was included in the rate and I enjoyed it a lot: they serve a portion of fruit, along with fruit juice (different every day), hot drink, a basket of fresh bread, and it was delicious because they serve it semi-toasted and accompany it with butter and delicious jam. As a main course, they offer several options for preparing eggs and they prepare them instantly. Additionally, they offer pancakes. Recommendation: I suggest replacing regular honey with Maple syrup. In conclusion, I really enjoyed my stay; I recommend it and would return.

The air conditioning was very good, spacious but simple rooms. The bed was large, but with a separation in the middle. The location was good, close to restaurants, shops, and markets and easily accessible to tourist spots. Good for one or two nights.

The best service of all the hotels we stayed at in Colombia (total of 5). Special mention to the receptionist Jessica, super helpful, polite, and attentive. The common area is very cozy, with new facilities. However, the rooms need urgent renovations. The first room had an air conditioning leak and flooded our clothes and accessories when we woke up, in addition to a huge leak in the bathroom that extended to the room. The next day we were accommodated in another room, however, it also had a leak (albeit much smaller).

Very friendly and attentive service from Jessica. The hotel is simple but served us well. The location is great, right in the center of Cartagena. The only downside is having to climb 3 floors with luggage.

When we make a hotel reservation, we expect it to be a hotel and not a hostel, terrible, small, and makeshift facilities, it was noticeable that the bathroom of the room next door was inside our accommodation. The room had mold near the air conditioning and during the night we found a gecko. The staff was super kind and on the next day of arrival, they arranged another accommodation, however, it was better, but nothing compared to the photos advertised on sales websites.
