Although the room is close to the downtown area, the rent is higher than that of comparable properties. Furthermore, it is a loft unit with internal stairs, which prevents us from fully opening our luggage. A studio is uncomfortable for two people—not only do you constantly have to go up and down the stairs, but there is also no room to properly store luggage. On top of that, the environment outside the window is poor; tiny insects fly in as soon as you open it. Overall, the living quality is simply not worth such a high rent.
