It was not the hotel's fault, but even though I was waiting in front of the hotel, I couldn't meet TAXIGo for some reason.
The staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to accept delivery of a bag we had lost in Tokyo. The location was very convenient as so close to the station. The room was relatively comfortable.
