The reception were abrupt on arrival. We then found out the parking was only for 7 days and we needed 8. As we booked on Booking.com, we needed to pay for the extra days of parking. On the morning of our flight, while taking a shower, I slipped and smashed my face! There was no non-slip mat in the unit. I had to ask for an ice pack and was given a slicker pad. No basic first aid was given by the motel. I asked for an incident report to be filled in for ACC & WorkSafe. WorkSafe should have been notified as this is a health and safety issue! I had to travel a day late and spend a whole day getting my broken nose and damaged tooth seen to. I also paid for an extra night's accommodation at another hotel. Your processes and customer safety are appalling!!!
