The angled wall of our room
I absolutely hate it.
I absolutely hate it.
Terrible service overall. I was on hold for 15 minutes and was supposed to check in at 4:00 p.m., but didn’t get checked in until 5:00 p.m. The elevators weren’t working properly, resulting in long lines and 15–20-minute waits. After only two hours, I had to leave because the AC wasn’t working properly, and I was forced to take the stairs because of the elevator issues. Very disappointing experience.

There’s 3 lifts for the entire building and they take an incredibly long time to get to you. You can be waiting upto 10 minutes sometimes

Some ladies at the reception serving guests are very impolite.

The room was nice, decent size for New York City and you could choose your preference of room (corner, adjoining versus not etc). The bed was comfortable. It is nice you can leave your luggage there before check-in. The lobby is nice and has great washrooms.

The bathroom door is a bit bizarre as it does not really close properly and the elevator takes a long time to come. The check-in time is really late at 4 pm and check-out is 11 am, which is standard but annoying since you cannot check in until 4 pm.
