The blonde middle-aged lady at the reception was not very polite, did not try to help
The staff tried to help and solve all issues, convenient location, clean. The room is spacious.

1. The hotel is divided into 2 levels and you have to go up and down the stairs (or ramp) between them, which is very inconvenient with suitcases. 2. The air conditioner could not be adjusted from the room (even though there was a remote) and only worked when all windows were tightly closed. We had to call the staff several times to fix this. 3. The shower had only 1/2 glass and the whole room would get wet every time we showered. 4. The entrance door could not be locked from the inside.
The friendliness of all the staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, the breakfast with a variety of food, 24-hour reception. The room was very comfortable, spacious, with plenty of hangers in the closets, spare toilet paper, and daily towel change. It was great.

There was no fresh juice, skimmed milk, or low-fat yogurts, but this is common in almost all of Europe, even in 4* hotels.
Excellent value for money. Excellent location for getting around on foot or by public transport

The Mediterranean breakfast was not very abundant, but given the price, it is more than understandable
