Room was comfortable. Had everything we needed. Pool was a bit 'tired' looking but suitable. Location was fantastic as it was near the Esplanade but not too close to town - so a comfortable walk. Staff were lovely. Off street parking was great.

The road noise was a bit louder than what I would have liked. As it was near the hospital there were a lot of ambulances with sirens.

No room service. No small milk on arrival to make a cup of tea. We were there 5 nights - no room service to clean room/bathroom - no change of towels - had to ask for new towels.

Interconnecting rooms suited our family set-up and access to the pool area. Nice and spacious and felt secure when we were out and about through the daytime.

Pool was not heated so bit cold, even the children noticed this.
