We stayed for 6 days and they never replaced the room amenities, things like tea, coffee, water, toiletries such as cotton swabs, shower cap, etc., which were only there on the day we checked in.

The staff is attentive, willing to meet our needs. The hotel is very comfortable, with spacious and clean rooms. The location is very good. Thank you!

The coffee is simple. It has options but it's not the standard that Brazilians like and are used to with abundance.

I liked everything. It was a great experience, better than expected. Great location, perfect Wi-Fi signal, spacious room and bathroom, very polite and helpful staff, impeccable cleanliness, well-served breakfast. Congratulations to all!

I have no complaints, just two suggestions: a socket that doesn't need an adapter and to change the breakfast a bit during the weekdays.
