I was a little warm as it felt like the air was not on in the room… but the problem was fixed

The best possible location for the price! I stayed in an all-girls 4-bunk room, and we shared a bathroom with another room of four girls. I was honestly surprised that, even with eight girls sharing just one bathroom and one shower, there were no issues at all. I stayed in the lower bunk. The bed was comfortable and clean, although the lower bunk is quite low, so I couldn’t sit upright—I could only lie completely flat. The rooms are very spacious, which was a huge plus. There is also a common area with four small couches, which was super convenient for relaxing and charging my phone. The location is amazing. There’s a Dunkin’ very close by, as well as Chipotle, and State Street is right there with lots of great stores. You can easily walk to many places from the hostel, but I also recommend using the bus. Public transportation was very convenient and made getting around really easy.

Overall, the hostel was clean, but the bathroom could definitely use more frequent and thorough cleaning. There was no body soap, shampoo, or conditioner provided, and the bottles that were there were empty and looked old and dirty. I also had to ask for towels every day because they were not consistently replenished. Aside from the bathroom, the hostel was generally clean and comfortable, but the bathroom amenities and maintenance could be improved. One thing to be aware of is that there are many people experiencing homelessness around the area. This made me feel somewhat anxious, especially at night, so I would recommend being mindful of your surroundings when returning after dark.
