I had to help some people that arrived and didn’t know how these hotels worked. Maybe make it even clearer that there are no staff working there.

The room had a maximum of 10 sqm - mainly due to a top slope. The bed was located with one side on the wall - so no bedside table or light on the wall side. And no space for storage. The room needs urgent refurbishment, was, however, clean. We could all
