Great location
A staff member was extremely sick and should not have been working at the front desk, which messed up our park. I understand, but there were 5 staff members at the desk and it was not understaffed. Then the kegs were not activated, and I was told 3 different times by 3 different members that I hadn't paid. My child found pill packets of valium under their bed; thank god they were empty. Despite advertising ocean views, I mostly got city views of a grubby hotel with a snippet of ocean. It should be partial views for a high-end hotel. I wasn't impressed.
