This hotel is well located but is completely business-oriented and more suitable for people coming to the city and less concerned about the concept of a luxurious hotel. The staff was very polite when we encountered a problem during our stay in the hotel, in which we had to switch rooms. Less recommended for families in my opinion and more suitable for people coming to Bangkok for business purposes.

Gloomy feeling, not a hotel-like atmosphere. Large rooms but not designed properly for a family stay.

No halal food available... Please provide the place with halal food in a better way... Most of the hotel guests are Arabs and Muslims... Please pay attention to this aspect

A major construction site is right in front of the pool, which is extremely loud. However, the hotel is not responsible for this!
