it is similar to a business hotel but with excellent service and an unmatched location right at the heart of one of the best districts in the city for tourists. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the room was cleaned and made up every day without fail; water and towels were replaced daily and if required additional bottles also given complimentary.

the toilet and the shower were in too separate small rooms wait the sink outside next to the bed. the arrangement took a little getting used to but it was not a big issue. no issue for a couple, but would not work for two friends sharing a room though.

The location is really very good. Many sights, restaurants and other options are within easy walking distance. The breakfast was also okay.

I really didn't like the design of the shower and toilet. Both seem like small, enclosed cabins, making you feel a bit cramped. In addition, the laminate flooring and some of the furniture were already swollen and gave the impression of needing renovation. We also had no water on the first night. Initially, there was only one towel per person; additional towels had to be requested separately. Overall, I would have expected a much better condition and service at this price.

Great location. Very tastefully done Lobby (expansive) interior - good friendly staff. Decent Breakfast. Restaurant food is tasty. Rooms are a big disappointment. Badly designed - Cramped Washroom area (was a task to get in & Out without hitting something) and storage area, while 25% of space (near window) is empty and wasted.
