Arrived at 18:30, the room was not ready yet, and the check-in process was not very functional. Arriving at such large facilities leaves one a bit disoriented about Where to park while doing the check-in, how to redeem the prepared parking if I don't have the room yet, etc...

The hairdryer was not working properly I couldn't get the fountain view room on the day of my arrival, but I was offered a $150 credit for drinks and food to ease the disappointment.
