The staff, property, and location were all excellent. We also liked the fact that because it was an apartment facility there were fewer guests and noise than your usual motel/resort.

Some of the bathroom finishing could use a little upgrade, but this was minor and would not deter me from staying

The receptionist was just so lovely and friendly with great knowledge of Cairns. She was very helpful. The apartment was nice and spacious with everything we needed.

We didn't like the blinds in the bedrooms. The light at the side of the blinds shone in both rooms. The single beds were comfy but moved a lot. A drape in bedrooms would be great

The location was superb; everything is within walking distance. The place is very clean, with daily housekeeping. There are two rooms, with one having an attached bath. A self-sufficient kitchenette was helpful

Nothing really. We never felt that anything was missing. We would have been thrilled if we had gotten a room with an ocean view, and we did request one, but they were sold out. Maybe we should have asked for the same at the time of booking
