Property location is awesome, easy to connect to metro trains and lots of restaurants around. Bed was comfortable and the entire place was very clean. Bathroom was very clean with good shower. Morning breakfast was okay but good value for money, same breakfast items everyday, if you are in a hurry good for a quick grab, otherwise visit a nearby bakery. Staff speaks English if you need help. They are also very kind and polite. Good house keeping service.

They have setup the AC to not to go below 23 degrees and it can be uncomfortable at night. Only one person with a big suitcase can fit in the elevator at a time. If you are a big person toilet seat can be challenging, it is cramped in a small space. Bed is comfortable but the length is short, for a six feet tall person your ankle will be out of the bed.

Everyone was very nice to me, a visitor with a handicap on crutches. They made a point to give me an easy to reach room. I was also surprised that this inexpensive facility has an elevator. And air conditioning! And the bed was good - I fell asleep immediately and slept all night every night.

The room was clean and in a good location for our walk to Gare de Lyon next day. The staff were welcoming. Although small, the bathroom was well appointed and had a good shower.

The public areas needed refreshing - the carpet had seen better days. The room was on the small side, even for Paris.
