Elevator! The wait was long and it was on the 37th floor
Location was very good, very close to Nanjing Rd Pedestrian street, the gym was very big and clean with good equipment and the reception (Camille) was very helpful and friendly to us.

The breakfast was ok, but quite crowded. Had to wait long for some items.
The room is not soundproof, the child next door was talking loudly until late at night
