services to be improved...activities like snorkeling are not offered, which we love to do in Asia! The restaurant should also have a few more dishes. Like in other places in Vietnam, not all staff speak English

Long wait time for boats, water pressure weak for shower, sea view room partially covered by garden, lack of amenities/stores available on the island.

Beach: super clean, clear blue water, fine golden sand, plus very clear weather. Pool: lots of trees, tropical style, clean water, no chlorine smell. Staff constantly picking up fallen leaves and keeping it clean. Even in the middle of the day, swimming in the pool is not too sunny because of the greenery everywhere. Space: very relaxing, no dust, no urban noise. Waking up to birds singing in the morning, and insect sounds at night. Overall, very natural. Room: spacious, bathroom area super convenient. Has a separate bathtub, open-air shower area (outside in the backyard, still private), rain shower. 3 people can shower at the same time without waiting. There are also 2 sinks. The room has a balcony, chairs for relaxation. Fully equipped room. Hot and cold water is very strong. Staff: sometimes there are incidents, but they are quickly resolved, and they even sent fruits with a Sorry card. I highly appreciate the helpful attitude of the staff. Restaurant: food is quite good, diverse, and the prices are not as expensive as the reviews I read before. We almost didn't leave the island during our 4-day stay.

Room: old, items like tea and coffee trays still have a lot of dust, not cleaned thoroughly. The floor still had hair after cleaning (from the previous guest, not ours, as our hair is short). Drain in the rain shower area sometimes drains slowly (but not to the point of being clogged). There are small insects in the bathroom area. Pool: some tiles under the pool are peeling off, revealing sharp edges. I got a foot scratch while swimming in the pool. Canoe: 1 trip every 2 hours. I was not warned in advance about this, so I missed the canoe trip when checking in on the island, had to wait 1.5 hours.

*Food: The restaurant food and breakfast were really delicious! I was worried about getting tired of eating at the same place every day during my 3-day stay on the island, but not at all! It was also nice to experience the unique flavors of Vietnam. *Swimming: Both sea swimming and the pool were satisfying. The private villa pool was too small for us to use, but it would be better if you have kids. *Others: Running 5 kilometers every morning was fun with varied courses and elevations, so it never got boring. Even though our villa was at the end, it was still a beautiful landscape to walk around without feeling tired. There were resting spots and relaxation areas everywhere, which was nice.

*Cleaning: There were hair and a strange chemical smell in the bathroom, and the furniture seemed a bit old. Besides leaves, there were quite a few foreign substances in the pool, as many people used it. Of course, those who come to Hon Tam probably won't mind these shortcomings. It's a place that more than makes up for its flaws, so if I come to Nha Trang again, staying for more than 3 days would be worth it.
