The villa is large with nice views and near to the key tourist spots, the mountain and Lijiang Old City. The restaurant staffs are most helpful and friendly.

The interior finishes and furniture worn off with broken balcony door is a sign of lacking proper maintenance. Inspects are natural in resort but significant amount inside the room and even got into my luggages are a bit too much.
Excellent location. It might be away from the tourist spots but getting an “uber” was really easy. Much better than having to navigate around the old town with your luggage on uneven stone foot path. They also had golf carts to take you around their resort (to your room). The breakfast was great. A good selection for my taste.

This hotel is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. A perfect place to relax and enjoy!

This stay, the service staff's attitude is average. Due to the hot weather, the air conditioning is centrally controlled, and they said it's not the season to turn on the air conditioning. So they provided an electric fan, which is outrageous for a five-star hotel.

I think the property space is great. We upgraded ourselves to a 3-bedroom villa, while it was great, it wasn't very well maintained. There wasn't much to do nearby the hotel, Shuhe old town was nearby but not really walking-friendly too. However, it's still convenient to get a taxi or Didi to go around Lijiang main old town. You can see Yulong mountain anywhere from the lobby or at the second floor of our villa. Breakfast lacks varieties but doable. Will recommend it still as it's still overall a comfortable stay for our family.
