Mold in the shower, partly unpleasant smells, very loud water pipes (there is a nighttime shower ban, but not all guests adhere to it and you might be rudely awakened). Very basic breakfast. For example, there is muesli but no bowls for it. Some disposable tableware

They need to work on breakfast, there was no vegetables only fruit. Scrambled eggs or whatever that was need to go. Simply boiled eggs would be sufficient. Almost no one took the scrambled eggs and if they did, it was left uneaten. Also, spelt or whole grain bread would be nice 😀

Everything, the staff is prompt, precise, professional, and helpful. Excellent abundant breakfast both sweet and savory. Excellent location 15/20 minutes walk from St. Peter's Basilica.

The restaurant menu, if it had been a bit richer, we would have tried it, but it was really "spartan".

A minor complaint about the ACs, they are quite loud supposedly due to their age:). Also, the breakfast options are not the best but one will definitely find some food if not allergic or lactose/gluten intolerant.
