Multiple reviews call the hotel 'limpeza impecável' and highlight comfortable, clean rooms — overall very positive cleanliness impressions.
Staff repeatedly described as amable, atenciosos and prestativos; good assistance via chat pre-arrival, though occasional slow check-out was mentioned.
Consistently praised as 'excelente' and very well located near metro, Costanera Center, MUT and other attractions — a clear strong point.
Rooms described as comfortable and in some cases spacious, but some guests noted old furnishings, an outdated wardrobe, and mixed issues with showers/bed placement and AC positioning.
Notable negatives: frequent reports of one broken/old elevator (causing queues) and noisy/older air-conditioning; limited variation in some hotel facilities noted.
Many guests highlight good custo-benefício and affordable feel, though at least one review felt the nightly rate was high relative to the condition.
Breakfast generally receives positive remarks (good, tasty, and useful early 'sacolinha'), but some found it simple and repetitive over long stays.
Overall very positive: guests recommend the hotel, praising location, service and cleanliness; main negatives (elevators/AC) affected convenience but did not dominate overall sentiment.

Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Exceptional service. My family and I loved the stay and will recommend the hotel to anyone going to Santiago.

At the time, one of the elevators was not working. But nothing that caused discomfort.

The reception staff were always very polite, helpful, and assisted us when needed. In this regard, we have nothing to complain about. Another positive point is the location for those planning trips to Valle Nevado and the region. Most days, we were one of the last hotels to be picked up by the vans and one of the first to be dropped off on the way back, which helps a lot in saving time on transportation. It is also possible to request breakfast to take away at the reception, with a day's notice, on days when the tour leaves very early. Although very simple, it helps save money and comes in handy.

Overall, I found that the hotel offers little for the price charged. The location is reasonable, but there are better and more interesting neighborhoods for tourists. The hotel structure is old, as is the air conditioning, which we ended up not using. The rooms are also quite noisy. We were on the seventh floor and still could clearly hear all the movement from the avenue. When fire trucks passed by the street, for example, it seemed like they were practically inside the room. Another problem was the hot water. Both in the faucets and in the shower, it took a long time to arrive, requiring leaving the water running for a long time until it heated up, which generates a lot of waste. Breakfast was one of the most disappointing points. I found it very simple and weak for the lodging value. Basically, there were bread, sausage, bacon, eggs, a type of yogurt, coffee, and very few fruit options. The breakfast to take on tours is also very simple and, overall, not very good. For the price charged, I expected much more from the structure, comfort, and especially from breakfast.
