Small. Food quality and taste just Okok. Very expensive. My nanny felt that staffs were chasing her to pay for the meal while she was playing and taking one to play with my baby. No baby food available

My issue is not with property but lack of clear signs to indicate location of property or their front desk. Took quite a bit of walking pushing luggage trolley to locate the help desk
The location within the airport terminal building was our number 1 reason for choosing this hotel. Being able to go to check in for our flight without leaving the building was excellent. The restaurant had a good range of food available & the buffet breakfast was more than adequate. The bathroom was small but clean with plenty of toiletries, a bonus was the shower mat for safety. The escort from the gate to the hotel was good.

There needed to be clearer instructions how to access the hotel, it took quite a while to find out which gate to access the terminal from (1). Working out which light switches operated which lights was a challenge. More bottled water would have been appreciated.

A bit difficult to find inside the terminal

Everything. Very dirty. Everything was broken. No water from the shower. Location did not match what booking indicated. And family room meant a mattress on the floor
