Once in one of the two bathrooms, the cleaning lady did not leave towels, after four days, bathrobes were taken and not replaced, coffee and tea were replenished only once during the entire stay.

Great bedding, very powerful and efficient air conditioning, warm and smiling welcome, very good responsiveness when making a request. Numerous pools, very good restaurant (especially Bono), idyllic setting. Quiet and respectful environment.

Some waiters at the Bono restaurant were not very friendly and warm. Cleaning could have been better although done daily. Sports rooms that deserve to have newer equipment.
