Magnificent hotel, with very elegant spaces and a simply spectacular view. The upgrade to the room overlooking Victoria Harbour was very much appreciated, as well as the possibility of a complimentary late check-out, attention that is not taken for granted and highly appreciated. The Ozone Bar was also very nice, dramatic and perfectly in line with the hotel's level. We also took advantage of the complimentary limousine service reserved for guests with access to the Club Lounge, which allows you to be accompanied within the neighborhood where the hotel is located: an extremely convenient service and perfectly in line with the excellence of the property. However, the real strength was the Club Lounge: everything was perfect, from the atmosphere to the quality of service. I would like to highlight the extraordinary professionalism of all the lounge staff members in particular: always present, discreet, very kind, and extremely attentive. They remembered guests' preferences and managed to make every moment feel personally curated, without ever being intrusive. In summary, an impeccable hospitality experience: hard to imagine a better service
