The position in town was amazing

There was no hot water on multiple days. One morning when we had to leave at 4.30am for a trek there was no water at all, we couldn’t even brush our teeth. We were told they turn it off each night and it would not come back on until 7.00am… even though they knew a group of us were checking out early. That piece of information would have been helpful

No hot water on many occasions to shower. Wifi poor had no reception had to sit in lounge to get some sort of reception.

Noise from the "singers" in the street. Do not take balcony room as it definitely cannot be used. Staff understood but could not do about street regulations. They proposed to change room though.
