Every day a towel was missing. The soundproofing of the rooms could be better.

Just two details: first, you can hear quite a bit of noise from the corridors inside the room; and second, upon arrival, they demanded our passports for check-in, despite explaining to the manager that we had entered the country with our Chilean identity cards, which is allowed by current regulations.

The hotel is one block from the park. It is a very commercial area, with a lot of gastronomic options, and you can find anything you need around (currency exchange, pharmacy, supermarket). We walked out at night and it felt safe. The room is comfortable, the staff is super friendly. The breakfast is very complete.

It would need a bathroom extractor and the mattress was a bit hard
