The location was excellent for us as we wanted to get on the train to Monaco but will also within easy walking of the main areas in Nice. The staff are very friendly and we were able to park our car outside the hotel which was excellent.

It would’ve been nice if there was a bar that we could’ve used, but it really wasn’t too much of a problem

A typical French hotel near the shopping street in the center. Our room on the 2nd floor faced a quiet courtyard, built up to the roof with a French window and a beautiful view. Spacious bathroom. The entire house was clean and well-maintained. The young team was friendly and helpful. Parking available for an additional fee at 23. The beautiful outdoor area in the large courtyard. Although we didn't have breakfast, it must have been fantastic as many things are freshly prepared.

Unfortunately, the shower was not optimally installed for drainage, extended into the room, and only towels helped prevent flooding.

Easy check-in, clean and comfortable room. The room had everything we needed. Very convenient for the train station. There were several restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance.

The bathroom was very small, if I was staying longer this might have become more of an issue.
