The place offers good value for money, located near the lagoon in a pleasant environment. The location is convenient and pleasant, with easy access to the attractions of the region. The suite is spacious, with an integrated bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped, including a minibar, kettle, and utensils, which is very convenient for those who like to prepare something in their own space, although it was not our case. The place has a pool, although I did not use it. There is also a path of approximately 2 km to Joaquina Beach, passing through the dunes — unfortunately, we did not take advantage of it due to the intense rain (including hail) on the day. I liked the breakfast: juices and ready-made sandwiches that could be heated, offering practicality and flavor.

The room is located next to the reception and the window faces the parking lot. The acoustics are not favorable: it is possible to clearly hear when cars arrive in the parking lot and also during deliveries, which compromises the silence and privacy. Despite the good overall structure, external noise impacts the quality of rest. For those seeking tranquility, this detail can be relevant. Breakfast: The breakfast could be more complete. I missed options like eggs (omelette, scrambled) and fresh bread. There is packaged bread available in the refrigerator, which can be heated, but it does not replace the traditional French bread or a bakery bread of the day, which would make a difference in the experience.

I made a reservation through Booking, so I was expecting to arrive and settle in. I had stayed at the place before and knew that the rooms were all on one level without stairs. When I arrived at the place, they wanted to accommodate me on the second floor, but it was impossible because I was traveling with my 88-year-old godfather. They wanted to charge me 58 reais for the room change, even though it would be for an interior room that Booking had given me the option of, which would be a room with a double bed and two sofas that they call sofa beds but they are not. They are two hard sofas like a German corner sofa. Anyway, I arrived almost at 2 a.m. and they wanted to charge me this difference that did not exist. After I said I would complain to Booking, they said they would leave it as it was, and in the morning, another employee wanted to charge an additional 9 reais for the change. In other words, they don't even have a fixed price because it ranged from 58 reais to 9 reais. A terrible breakfast. Ready-made sandwiches. No options.
