Air conditioning didn't work and plain appearance and strange smell
The staff can speak English and it is appreciated, they also helped us arrange a delivery and a transfer to the station. The breakfast is continental and very rich, on the last day they prepared a breakfast box for us to take away and it was very varied

To say something, the water pressure in the toilet is weak and it got clogged

Hotel in a great location, close to the metro, East Nanjing Road, and the Bund. Friendly staff, rich breakfast with sweet (even Nutella!) and savory options, European and Chinese. Excellent room and services

The only downside is that I asked for a breakfast box since I was leaving at 5 am but they didn't give it to me, maybe we didn't understand each other
