The soundproofing is really poor, you can't tell if it's a bar or a KTV outside, it goes on until one in the morning, and you can hear what songs are being sung in the room.

We stay every time at this hotel when visiting Shenzhen in the last 5 years location is ideal for all activities.

Hotel was okay and stayed there previously. It’s showing sign of age but for 3 star ok. It’s straight next to Seaworld and there was some noise in early morning hours. Also be warned that 2 girl bars have appeared next door to hotel, not there last year. Annoying at times and got fed up of being asked to go in for a drink. For those not aware they offering more than drinks.
