The air conditioning in the room was bad, but they changed our room.
Staff are friendly and helpful, the location is great. The breakfast availability is plentiful and the facilities are very nice. The check-in and check-out are efficient and easy.

No internet available for the night of my stay, security compromised - preventing safe connectivity (see pic). The card reader for building security/access required resetting periodically. Both a little annoying, makes for a frustrating stay 🙄😒.
A perfect place to stay in Miraflores! Staff were amazing. I had a small issue with the safe in the room and they were there in 5 minutes to make sure it was fixed.
