Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance Rating: 2 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐ We stayed at this hotel for three nights and four days, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Although the room was spacious, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The pillows and blankets were dirty and smelled so bad that I had to cover my pillow with a towel just to sleep comfortably. There were also many mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with cracked walls, an outdated toilet, and neglected flooring and walls. The entire property needs better cleaning and maintenance. The location is convenient for the Sunday Night Market, but the surrounding neighborhood is not particularly attractive or appealing to tourists. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were friendly, polite, and professional. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness and comfort are essential, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet those basic expectations.
