Location, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They went out of their way to solve any issues I had. The restaurant serves great food at a really affordable price. Nice breezy location on the terrace of the hotel.

We were 3 adults in our suite, the bathroom was clogged, we complained at the reception shortly after arrival and asked if we could change rooms: they replied that they couldn't because they didn't have another one available, but they were going to solve the problem. We went to the beach and pool, used the common bathroom. We returned to the room to take a shower and were informed that the toilet had been fixed. When we returned at 23:00, the toilet was still clogged. They decided to change our room at midnight. In short, a day of stress and a poorly slept night. Money wasted.
