They never opened the door, we stayed until midnight, it was a very sad experience, we were very excited to visit Cartagena but they left us on the street and charged 40 dollars to my card, I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I had a room with a leaking shower and vanity. They were also renovating the plumbing while I was there, so I had a lot of interruptions. My score would have been higher because I loved the castle design. Check-in was slow. Breakfast was good. TV had plenty of channels. The pool was divine. In a quieter location, so it suited me. Bed was adequate. Restaurants close by.

Had issues with booking this property and then they sent me in circles trying to cancel it and get my money back. Long story short, didn’t get my money back. They did communicate with me in a somewhat timely fashion though. Didn’t stay here though, so I can’t comment on anything related to that.

I was only staying for one night. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that there was a problem with the AC in my room and there were no more rooms so they sent me to another hotel that they paid for. I wish I could have stayed at this hotel because it seemed very nice and the surrounding area looked pretty interesting as well.
