We had to ask for a room change upon arrival as the walls do not isolate sound well and we could hear the couple next door perfectly, they had to place us in a room without neighbors.

The receptionist treated me poorly, I forgot my ID at home but brought my valid driver's license and said I am a customer, he no longer accepted that as valid. I had to ask them to send it to my family via WhatsApp while I was kept waiting for a long time.
